Can eating fewer calories really make you smarter?

Apparently….

FEWER CALORIES = BIGGER BRAINS

A recent study proved that women who reduced their calorie intake by 30% over 3 months had significant improvements on verbal memory tests compared to women who stuck to their normal diet routines. Not surprisingly, the women who cut their calories also lost some inches too!

So the next time you’re passing up desert that sound you hear is very likely your brain and your butt saying HOORAY!!

**We are NOT condoning people who are already on low calorie diets to further cut their caloric intake. This is for those of us who need to learn how to just say NO.**
