This smoothie isn’t just crazy-delicious, but it’s crazy nutritious!

Packed with nutrients and all raw ingredients, it’s a meal in a glass that tastes like dessert.

Don’t let the avocado throw you off. You’ll never taste it and it gives this smoothie its ice cream like thickness and satisfying texture – plus avocados deliver the good fats that our bodies need to function. The cucumber is nature’s detoxifier. Coconut meat is chock-full of good fiber, protein and incredible energy. Coconut water is the hydration king, having the exact balance of electrolytes that naturally occurs in our bodies, and the orange juice is loaded with vitamin C.

Because this is a “raw” meal with no artificial or processed anything, it’s easy to digest and you’ll feel the amazing energy within 15 minutes of drinking it!

ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

1½ Hass Avocados, roughly chopped

1 large Cucumber, roughly chopped

1 ½ cups Young Thai Coconut Meat, roughly chopped

4 cups Coconut Water

¾ cup of Orange Juice

Stevia powder or liquid to taste (all natural herbal sweetener) *use sparingly, it’s very sweet*

Small pinch of Himalayan salt

Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you have some left over, place it into an air-tight container and drink it later for a great pre or post workout snack. Throw it in the freezer for a frozen treat!

* You can find the stevia, coconut meat and Himalayan salt at your local health food store. It’s okay to use the canned coconut meat. We can’t crack a coconut, can you?
