Everyday we are bombarded with bad foods, polluted air and stress. These produce toxins which accumulate in the body.

Drinking a glass of lemon water in the morning acts as a mild daily detox to help you body get rid of the leftover garbage.

Our bodies are machines and without proper maintenance they can start to breakdown. Think of your car. You  fill it with gas when it needs to be refueled. . You take it for oil changes and regular maintenance. You do your best to keep it running and in the best condition possible. Rev up the  machine you were born with by drinking this daily, easy to make detox.

 

LEMON WATER

Drinking a glass of water with lemon juice on an empty stomach as soon as you get up, acts as a daily detox. It gets your body running in the morning by “waking up” your digestive system. The lemon stimulates your digestive organs to eliminate toxins, and the water replenishes water lost overnight. Remember, when you sleep you are going 6–9 hours without hydration. You may be resting, but your body is still hard at work. Lemon, although thought of as acidic, inside your body is alkaline, neutralizing acid and helping to restore your PH balance. A very good thing.

Before you reach for your morning coffee, drink this FIRST:

Take a 12oz glass of purified water and squeeze ½ a lemon into it. Drink this first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach 30 minutes before food.

Try this for a week and feel the difference.
