What do the Asian cultures know about seaweed that we don't?

Could that be their secret to long-life and vitality? Quite possibly!

Most of us in the West only get a small dose of sea veggies when we stop by our local Japanese restaurant. The truth is that these wonder veggies are SUPERFOODS that contain loads of vitamins and minerals essential for good health. Seriously…their stats are incredible!

SEAWEED

Nori (the green stuff they wrap your sushi in), kombu, kelp, dulce and Irish moss contain more calcium than milk, more iron than beef and more protein than eggs!

Seaweed is a treasure trove of micronutrients. Their super-powers include: shrinking goiters (thanks to the iodine content), dissolving tumors and cysts, detoxing heavy metals, reducing water-retention and aiding in weight-loss.

Growing under the sea, they are infused with minerals that veggies grown on land just can’t compare with – and they are truly delish! Try them over brown rice, with fish or just on their own. Toss them in soups and salads. You’ll soon find yourself craving them!

Vegetarians and vegans should have them as a staple in their diet to make sure they get enough protein and calcium. You can buy blue-green algae and dulce to boost up your smoothies. The energy boost is almost immediate and it’s energy you’ll feel all day!
