The sun is shining and the weather is warming up!

Spring is here! The trees are greening and the flowers are blooming! You’ve packed away your winter coats and snow boots, so now it’s time to get into the sunshine.

During the colder months, your exercise routine can become simply that: routine. Now that spring has sprung, it is easier to take advantage of all the outdoors has to offer.

GO PLAY OUTSIDE!

Run in the park, go for a hike, play some tennis on an outdoor court! No matter what city you live in, there are always plenty of ways to take your workout outdoors.

Many gyms offer outdoor classes in the warmer months. Join a softball league, start a kickball game. The best part of exercising outdoors is that it never really feels like exercise. Vitamin D from our warm, yellow friend is an added bonus to an outdoor workout that is sure to have you smiling.
