Can eating fewer calories really make you smarter? Apparently....

Seems like your jiggly parts aren’t the only thing that could benefit from a reduction in calories.

FEWER CALORIES = BIGGER BRAINS

A recent study found that women who reduced their calorie intake by 30% over 3 months had significant improvements on verbal memory tests compared to women who stuck to their normal diet routines. Not surprisingly, the women who cut their calories lost some inches, too!

So the next time you’re passing up desert that sound you hear is very likely your brain and your butt saying “Thank You”, I’m a genius!
